My name is Paige and I am the baker behind Early Rise Cookie Co! My husband David and I have four, soon to be five, awesome kiddos and Early Rise was born right in the middle of our busy, full home.

I love baking all things sourdough, and somewhere along the way, cookies became a whole new adventure.

I’m having so much fun creating, testing, and building this next piece of Early Rise — and I’m so glad you’re here for the journey!
